Let us learn few methods of increasing our focus and concentration. For children, focus would relate to concentration on their studies and come out with flying colours in their studies. For a young man, it would be success in his job, business or even family life which translates to focus on the aim of being a Manager, a business with higher turnover or having a lovely family.

Before we learn more we must know about the enemies to our ability of focusing. Anger, lack of exercise, smoking and drinking are few of them. Our mind must be in peace to adapt to focus. This peace will only come when we do not consider small hurdles and issues in front of us as problems and keep looking at the larger goal we want to achieve. In my own life, when I wanted to write a book, it appeared that it was an impossible task looking to the fact that I work six days a week and twelve hours a day with hardly any time left for myself. Yet, I could do it within a short span of two months.

The best way to improve the ability to focus is through meditation and yoga. Physical exercise like jogging or aerobics would give our body energy but mental energy can be best achieved through meditation and yoga.

From next post I would give my preaching some rest and move to the biography of my father who rose from nothing to make us something I can be proud of. Millions of people have the same story, but very few are told. I will try to tell this in such a way where by you can read and derive inspiration and say to yourself – “Nothing is impossible- I will be successful in my life”.
